On Sunday July 27, Steve Turner was inducted into the SFL Hall of Fame at a luncheon held at the Reynella Football Club. This is the first time in HVFC’s 60 year history that one of our members has been awarded this prestigious honour.
Steve has an impressive record of involvement at HVFC including– President from 1998-99, HVFC delegate to the SFL since HVFC joined the league (1980-present), HVFC committee member since 1988 and played 235 senior games during the period 1974-1985. Steve has also been a sponsor since HVFC’s inception. We sincerely thank Steve Turner for his involvement at HVFC for 40 years!! Congratulations Steve!!
