NOTICE FROM SFL TO MEMBER CLUBS
The Mini League age groups have been voted on at the General Board (Club Delegates) meeting on Monday 17th July 2023, changing in 2024 season to Under 7’s, Under 9’s and Under 11’s with the Under 11 Girls staying the same age bracket. Below is the list the age group dates for 2024.
PARTICIPATION GRADES (Mini League) AGE GROUPS
Under 7’s Mixed From 1/1/2017 up to and including 31/12/2017
i.e. players turning seven years of age in 2024
Under 9’s Mixed From 1/1/2015 up to and including 31/12/2016
i.e. players turning eight and up to nine years of age in 2024.
Under 11’s Mixed From 1/1/2013 up to and including 31/12/2014
i.e. players turning ten and up to eleven years of age in 2024
Under 11’s Girls from 1/1/2013 up to and including 31/12/2015
i.e. players turning nine and up to eleven years of age in 2024.
COMPETITION BOYS & GIRLS GRADE AGE GROUPS
U13 Boys From 1/1/2011 up to and including 31/12/2012
i.e. players turning twelve and up to thirteen years of age in 2024
U15 Boys From 1/1/2009 up to and including 31/12/2010
i.e. players turning fourteen and up to fifteen years of age in 2024
U17.5 Boys From 1/7/2006 up to and including 31/12/2008
i.e. players turning sixteen and up to seventeen & a half years of age in 2024
U14 Girls From 1/1/2010 up to and including 31/12/2012
i.e. players turning twelve and up to fourteen years of age in 2024
U17 Girls From 1/1/2007 up to and including 31/12/2010
i.e. players turning fourteen and up to seventeen years of age in 2024
