HVFC Members –  we continue to thank you all for your patience as we continue to adjust to new regulations within football in SA.

As of Monday the 1st of June, training numbers can increase to groups of 20. Please check your playing group’s internal Facebook group, or contact your Football Director or Coach with any questions you may have.

Players should still arrive at training ready to train with your own drink bottle. The SANFL’s ‘Get in, Train, Get out’ Principles should be considered. All restrictions & hygiene directions for both players and parents must continue to be adhered to, as it’s vital for the continuation of our season. Enter training from behind the clubrooms past the Trainers rooms and check in before heading to your allocated training zone. If showing any symptoms of ill health, you’ll be asked to leave training.  Once training finishes you must exit training past the kitchen area. As another team maybe getting ready to check-in for their training. Please note that training is still limited to essential personnel only.

Physical contact is to resume within training activities, however please continue to remain the recommended 1.5m social distance from other people and avoid huddling close between drills wherever possible. Where mouthguards are used, they must be contained within our mouth or a secure container and must be sanitised after each use.

Please adhere to all Coaches & Official’s instructions at all times. If you have any questions please ask your Coach, Football Director or COVID-Safe Officer, Mel Lemmers at secretaryhvfc@outlook.com

Also, the Club & SANFL recommend you download the COVID safe app as part of the process for SA Health for contact tracing purposes and the clubs’ COVID compliance.

Thank you for your cooperation
